redwoodHoy me ha invitado Zubin del Spain Tech Center a comer en Redwood City, para que así conociera una posible zona residencial donde vivir. Está a unos 40km desde Union Square, al sur de San Francisco. Se puede ir en coche por la 101, una media horita, o también hay un tren que te deja en 4th Street con King Street, la estación del Caltrain. Y de ahí andando hasta Market Street hay un buen paseo. En total me han dicho que cuesta sobre una hora y media el desplazamiento desde Redwood al curro en tren (paseos incluidos) si vas en tren.

Me han contado que es una zona buena para vivir, con una buena calidad de vida. No he visto mucho, solo el centro y no estaba mal. Pero no sé si me convence. Para vivir a esa distancia, por un poco más casi prefiero Palo Alto, que encima tiene un tren express que llega en menos tiempo porque no hace paradas en pueblos.
